Silom area Bangkok, Thailand. From what wikipedia tells me this event was the Hindu holiday 'Vijayadashami'. A celebration of good over evil. The streets were packed, incense burning everywhere, people chanting.. it was awesome. If anyone knows it's a different holiday let me know! I'm not entirely positive....
